The Road to Santiago is a route that pilgrims around the world follow to arrive to the city of Santiago de Compostela, where the relics of the apostle Santiago are venerated. The route belongs to the World Heritage List, it has also been declared European Cultural Itinerary by the Council of Europe, and it has received the honorific title of Mayor Street of Europe.
